DMBA will close at 3 p.m. Mountain Time on Thursday, July 23 through Friday, July 24 to celebrate Pioneer Day, an official holiday for the state of Utah. Our office will reopen for business on Monday, July 27 at 8 a.m.

DMBA’s IT department will be upgrading our server power systems beginning Friday, December 7. Because of this, our office will close at 3:30 p.m. that day. Also, our website will not be accessible until our office reopens for business on Monday, December 10 at 8 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Important Information About ICD-10 Unspecified Codes

At DMBA, we follow ICD-10 processing guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control for “header codes” and “codes valid for HIPAA transactions.” Based on these guidelines, we must deny claims that use header codes. While these unspecified codes may be valid for billing HIPAA transactions, they don’t meet the appropriate level of specificity for supporting medical necessity.
